3. How to apply wig
Step one:.Braid the hair in comrow and thoroughly wash hands to prepare for handing your lace front.( remove all cils by using rubbing alcohol or wich hazel).
Step two: Cut off excess lace in the front of the wig be very careful not to cut the hair.
Step three:Place the wig on the head to check the positioning of the hairline.
Step four: style as you desire and be natural.
4. Warm tips of how to protect your wig
1) Before put the hair on,first put the hair in warm water with shampoo and hair conditioner for 10 minutes around.
2) Then take the hair out of the water. And put it in the house to dry it. But remember do not put the hair under sunlight, Don't blow with hair dryer. Let it dry naturally.
3) Don't brush the hair when it is still wet! When it is dry,you can brush the hair From bottom to up gradually!
4) If the hair is curly or wavy hair, you can use the soft rollers to make the hair wavy And put it there for one night. Then put the hair on!
5) After using 2 weeks around, you can take the hair out and wash it as before If you use the hair as what we told you, the hair can last at least 3 years!

· What can I do when I cannot find the mixed length and textures I want ?
Plase do not worry,you can place the order any link first and leave message to us about the length and hair textures you want but do not pay ,we will adjust the price for you when we see your message and let you know ,you can also contact us directly for prompt help .
· Is there any Customer tax ?
Usually we will put lowest amount in the invoice to avoid Customer tax as possible as we can ,but due to different policy in different countries (especially in South American and Africa ).there might be some Customer tax which is not considered in the price and should be paid by buyer .you could leave a message when placing the order about how much you want us to put on the invoice.
· Why I cannot pay the order ?

6. What is Virgin Hair
Corn Chip Smell
Promise no corn-chip chemical smell, our hair is 100% chemical-free, we do not only care about beauty but also our customer's health! :) But we do wash the hair when we produce it, it's may have local shampoo smell on it, anyway, it will lift ur shampoo and conditioner smell shortly after co-wash :)
Shedding Free
When you meet 2-3 strands of hair loss.It is not the real shedding, causing virgin hair just like human hair. kindly suggest to seal the weft again before installment to prevent shedding so much in future.
Split/Dry Ends
Split Ends-for virgin non-dyed & non-acidbath hair. dry ends-our hair will be a little dry after high temperature steam processed, especially longer virgin hair. with right products to condition and morsture treatment the hair, it will help a lots.
Wavy/curly hair will become more loose after u wash out. Because they are natural hair, steam process it to wavy/curly. But you can make ur own hair styles with irons.
