Upon Receipt of Hair
Always inspect the hair before installing the hair. Leave the bundle intact. If there are any issues with the hair you should notice at this time.
Prior to the installation of your hair extensions, for extra protection of your weft, we recommend you seal your weft! It will eliminate shedding and add longevity to your investment.
Next, you want to co-wash the hair (This is highly recommended for ALL 100% Virgin Hair.)

Instructions for Virgin Hair
Our hair is 100% Virgin Hair and must be co washed (washing hair with a moisturizing conditioner) in order to transform the hair from its raw state to beautiful hair that’s ready to install. Co-Wash the hair BEFORE you make changes to hair (color, perm, etc.).
Step 1.) Co-Wash the Hair
Step 2.) Rinse thoroughly with cold water
Step 3.) Scrunch up hair gently to reform curls.
Step 4.) Air Dry
Step 5.) Install

1.Can the hair be dyed? Curled? Iron flated? straightened ?

Treat the hair as if it were your own. Of course,the hair cna be dyed,straightened,curled and iron flat. But I have to say,Just like our own hair ,if we heat a lot, our hair will become dry, bifurcate, breaked or loosing the luster of the hair.Please use good quality hair dye and test a small sample first,because improper dying will ruin the hair.

2.Package lost,Responsibility?

Dear customer,after you ordered ,please keep your phone unlocked to make sure you are able to sign the package.

Irresponsible: Shipping address is incorrect.Nobody be able to sign the package.Leaving at the door,Package stolen.Signed by someone you don't know which means malicious stolen.

4.How to tell human hair and synthetic hair ?

Human hair has natural protein, it is easy to tell by burning and smelling, human hair will be ash, which will go away after pinching, human hair will smell foul when burning, the human hair will show white smoke.

While synthetic hair will be a sticky ball after burning and will show black smoke, moreover, human hair may have few gray hair and split end, it is normal and not a quality problem.

7. Way to Wash Kinky Hair




Step 1: Put the hair into the warm water and rinse it.
Step 2: Apply some shampoo and wash the hair. Remember use your fingers to comb the hair or use the wide-tooth comb to comb the hair.
Step 3: Rinse the shampoo well.
Step 4: Apply some conditioner on the hair and then conditions it about 20 minutes.
Step 5: Rinse the conditioner well and roll the hair with towel or old T-shirt to loose the water.
Step 6: Use the moisture or oil to keep the hair from dryness. Don't put the hair under the sunshine and dry it with the natural air.
NOTE: Don't use the shampoo for curly hair so often. Deep condition the curly hair well. You can use Elastin and oil to keep the curly hair bouncy.
